SAFETY VIA TECHNOLOGY
Your child will be transported to and from school and after-school activities by our certified, trained drivers. All our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology, transmitting real-time information to our dispatchers. We use a video-based fleet safety technology program with dash cams, real-time visibility, and GPS tracking to keep our dispatchers informed.

Children and adolescents with disabilities are a highly diverse group with wide-range life experiences. The relationships between drivers, monitors, students, and parents are extremely important to us. We understand the significant roles our team plays in your child’s life. When hiring our team, we look for essential qualities, such as compassion and empathy that cannot be taught in a training course. That is why we take great care when hiring our team.
CAREGIVERS ON WHEELS
Caring for students is our first priority. Our monitors enforce a zero-tolerance policy to ensure every student is safe and treated with respect and courtesy.
Our monitors are trained to support each student according to the student 's diverse needs whether it is nonverbal communication styles or behavioral challenges. Effective communication with parents is essential to ensure our monitors understand and meet each child's individual needs in order to provide a safe and comfortable ride to school.
QUALIFIED & CERTIFIED DRIVERS
The driver, along with the teacher, is often the one constant in a child’s educational experience.
Your child will be transported to and from school and after-school activities by our certified, trained drivers.
Our drivers have a professional manner and appearance. They are Cori / Sori checked, fingerprinted, require a clean criminal record, updated physical and are certified 7D drivers. All drivers receive quarterly training per year including defensive driving, CPR, first-aid, sensitivity training, redirecting behaviors, and transporting students with disabilities.
To ensure every child receives the transportation they need to succeed, Raz Transportation:
- Conducts frequent background checks and performance reviews on every driver.
- Provides specialized, program-specific driver training.
- Assigns the same drivers to the same students to provide consistency.
- Communication with parents at the beginning of every season to learn about their child and also during the year regarding behavioral changes ETC.
- We create the space that each child needs to be safe.
- Utilizes on-board cameras to monitor drivers and students at all times.
